Hi Josh,

That’s a great point, and I agree that accounts are highly beneficial to customers and businesses, especially when it comes to the self-service element.

Still, there are better ways of accomplishing this goal.

For example, you can automatically create a customer account using post-data transaction. Even if your customer adds products to the cart and leaves the site without purchasing, you can capture their personal data with a “Don’t leave” layer.
