cleverbridge, the premier global e-commerce provider for software and SaaS companies, announces continued growth as it achieved 22 percent year-over-year revenue growth in 2012. The steady company growth was a result of cleverbridge’s commitment to innovation and service which resulted in signing 39 new clients in 2012.

  • Expanded global presence with a new office in Tokyo, Japan offering clients increased capability to further penetrate the Asia-Pacific market
  • Generated more than 10 percent of revenue through affiliates in 2012
  • Subscription revenue increased 47.3 percent in 2012
  • Processed more than 1 million orders per month by the end of the year
  • Supported payment currencies expanded from 29 to 33 with the addition of Thai Baht (THB), Mexican Peso (MXN), Indian Rupee (INR) and Chinese Yuan (CNY)
  • Industry analyst firm Forrester Research identified cleverbridge as one of eight key players for companies in need of subscription and recurring billing support in its “Market Overview: Subscription And Recurring Billing Solutions 2012” report
