cleverbridge Announces New Customer Support Language

cleverbridge announces the availability of Portuguese language support for customers. Effective July 1, Portuguese became cleverbridge’s seventh customer support language alongside English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese, enabling cleverbridge to better serve the growing order volume in Brazil.

“With our customer orders increasing and Forrester forecasting that Brazil e-commerce revenues will double over the next five years, we’re excited to better serve our clients and customers with native Portuguese-speaking customer service representatives,” said Joe Schnaufer, global director of customer support, cleverbridge. “As B2C and B2B software companies face the complexities of global e-commerce and new emerging markets, we are committed to invest in people, technology and operations to continue to deliver the most comprehensive solution and service to support global selling.”

Initially, Portuguese-speaking customer service representatives based in Cologne, Germany will provide email support to customers. Based on the business need and demand, phone coverage may be added. All details have been updated on the cleverbridge customer service contact page.
