cleverbridge Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Dieter Dehlke to lead company’s financial growth strategies, driving continued growth in the subscription billing space
cleverbridge, a global ecommerce and subscription billing provider, announces the appointment of Dieter Dehlke as chief financial officer. With over 25 years of finance, controlling and accounting experience, Dehlke will be responsible for planning and executing financial growth strategies for the organization.

During his 25-year career, Dehlke has been managing the finance and administration departments of leading companies in various industries with remarkable success and an impressive track record in debt and capital market transactions. Most recently, he was CFO of Bigpoint GmbH, Europe’s market leader in online browser-based computer games, improving finance processes and reporting structures, and implementing a new international growth strategy. Prior to Bigpoint, he developed expert financial and management knowledge in old economy industries (e.g. technology group Siemens AG, mechanical engineering GEA Group, shipbuilding HDW AG) as well as improving financial performance and balance sheet structures with new market companies (e.g. renewables PowerWind GmbH and eno energy GmbH, Internet company Bigpoint GmbH).
