cleverbridge to Present at Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley and Stanford Law School

cleverbridge, a global full-service ecommerce provider for software and cloud companies, announces its CFO and general counsel, Oliver Breme, will present at two upcoming ecommerce law events.

On Feb. 11, Breme will take part in the “Analytics for global transactions – the provider and customer perspective” panel discussion at Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley in Mountain View, CA. On Feb. 12, he will present on “Current legal issues in international ecommerce” at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, CA.

Before joining cleverbridge, Breme worked for a premiere Silicon Valley law firm where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, technology transactions and intellectual property. He holds degrees from the School of Law and Economics of the University of Bonn, Germany and Stanford Law School.
