Fraud Prevention Team Leader Maxime Regh to share insights on “Fraud 101” 

cleverbridge, a provider of global commerce, billing and payment solutions, announces Fraud Prevention Team Leader Maxime Regh will present at MRC London 2017 to be held April 24-26 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. Regh will present “Fraud 101″ on April 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

In the Fraud 101 training workshop, Regh will co-present with independent consultant Diarmuid Considine and introduce participants to the ecommerce fraud landscape, including fraud prevention tools and the basics of manual verification/review processes. The workshop will also provide an introduction to payment and chargeback processes and considerations for individuals and merchants new to the fraud and payments world. The presenters will focus on best practices for chargeback representment and the challenges merchants face in an evolving global commerce marketplace.

With nearly 8 years’ experience in the payments and fraud prevention industry, Regh leads cleverbridge’s Cologne Fraud Prevention team which is focused on fraud prevention techniques, manual review best practices, chargeback management and innovation projects. Previously, he worked as a Fraud Data Analyst where he was responsible for performing analyses to reduce the screening rate, helping increase operational efficiency and maintaining the consistency of cleverbridge’s anti-fraud system settings. Regh studied economics at the University of Bonn, Germany.

Organized by the Merchant Risk Council, the MRC European Conference is the largest educational event for fraud, risk and payments professionals in Europe. This three-day intensive training will consist of content developed and delivered by top merchant professionals, and will attract more than 500 plus attendees from leading global brands to small and medium sized enterprises.
