cleverbridge CFO and general counsel, Oliver Breme, will present at the 10th Annual Stanford E-Commerce Best Practices Conference to be held Jun. 28, 2013 at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, Calif.

The conference is the premier educational event for in-house counsel and practitioners in the e-commerce industry, bringing together leading experts from industry, legal practice and academia to address current issues facing the industry and offer practical solutions for dealing with the many legal uncertainties that arise when doing business online.

Attendees will learn about crowdfunding in an uncertain regulatory environment, what consumer protection rules apply regarding refunds for mobile payments and whether credit card rules apply to person-to-person payments. Breme will be joined by John Muller, general counsel and vice president, legal at PayPal, Eric Fonte, shareholder and payments lawyer at Cox Smith Matthews, and Jeffrey Koeppel, partner at Elias, Matz, Tiernan & Herrick LLP, on the panel moderated by Nathaniel Trelease, president of WebCredenza.
